DESCRIPTION:
Federal Programs Title funds monitoring is coming. Most consortium districts (all but Bennett and Byers) will be collecting documentation in 24-25 school year to be submitted in the 25-26 monitoring event. The person/persons who should attend would be the staff member(s) who will be most responsible for collecting and submitting Title I and Title III program data. We are working to avoid any surprises later on. Anything we can prepare now is a bonus. Especially processes and procedures that we all follow in the T I/III (English Language Development) programs. We can support you now in working together to identify which procedures or processes are not in writing, and share templates with each other to assist schools in getting them developed. Lunch will be provided.
